Use observed sales velocity
Estimate daily units sold from a recent representative interval. For example, 70 units sold over 14 days gives 5 units per day. Separate spikes and promotional periods if your baseline changes.
Turn daily sales, supplier lead time and safety stock into a practical reorder list. Calculate dozens of SKUs locally and export your plan.

Paste one line per SKU using sku,on_hand,daily_sales,lead_days,safety_stock,incoming. Incoming units are units already on order. Values are not uploaded.

Reorder point = daily demand × lead time + safety stock. Order suggestion aims to cover the larger of your target coverage or supplier lead time, plus safety stock, less stock on hand and incoming. Estimates assume stable demand; seasonal variability, supplier minimums and reserved orders need manual adjustment.
The best reorder point starts with observed demand and a realistic supplier lead time — not a generic 'always reorder at 10 units' rule.
Estimate daily units sold from a recent representative interval. For example, 70 units sold over 14 days gives 5 units per day. Separate spikes and promotional periods if your baseline changes.
A supplier taking 12 days to deliver means 5 × 12 = 60 units of expected lead-time demand. Add safety stock for uncertainty; 15 extra units gives a reorder point of 75.
Suggested quantity subtracts units on hand and incoming purchase orders from the target stock. If stock is inbound, confirm its actual ETA before following the output.
reorder point = average daily demand × supplier lead days + safety stockThe planner assumes demand is stable. It doesn't predict seasonal spikes, supplier reliability, cash constraints, minimum order quantities, stock reserved for other channels, or future promotions.
